Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses throughout:
  • England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland
  • Channel Islands & Isle of Man (additional charges may apply)
  • Europe

EUROPE Standard Delivery (5-10 working days)

When will my order be dispatched?
We'll send you tracking info as soon as your order leaves our warehouse!
Delivery Partners
We work with:
  • Royal Mail for standard deliveries
  • DPD for express deliveries
  • All our delivery partners will leave a card if you're not in

Returns - No hassle, we promise!
Changed your mind?
You've got 30 days from when you receive your order to return anything you're not happy with. No questions asked!
What can you return?
Pretty much everything, as long as it's:
  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags still on)
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days
What can't you return?
  • Custom or personalised items (unless they're faulty)
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned after 30 days
Faulty or wrong item?
If we've messed up or sent you something faulty:
  • We'll cover all return costs
  • Full refund or replacement - your choice
  • No time limit (within reason!)

How to return something
Step 1: Let us know
Drop us a line first so we can help:

  • Include: Your order number and what you want to return
Step 2: Pack it up
  • Use the original packaging if you still have it
  • If not, any secure packaging will do
  • Include a note with your name and order number
Step 3: Send it back
Send your return to:

Return costs
  • Changed your mind? You cover the return postage (we recommend tracked delivery)
  • Our mistake or faulty item? We'll refund your return postage costs
Top tip: Get proof of postage! We can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
How long do refunds take?
  • We process refunds within 3-5 working days of receiving your return
  • It then takes 3-5 working days to appear back in your account
  • We'll email you as soon as it's processed
How will I get my refund?
  • Back to your original payment method
  • PayPal: Usually instant once processed
  • Card payments: 3-5 working days with your bank
What about delivery costs?
  • Standard delivery: Refunded if the return is our fault
  • Express delivery: Only refunded if we sent the wrong/faulty item

Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Here's the quickest way:
  1. Return the original item (following our returns process above)
  2. Place a new order for what you want instead
  3. This way you'll get your new item faster!
If you're exchanging due to our error, just give us a call and we'll sort out a direct swap

Common Questions
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! We'll send you tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Q: What if I'm not in when delivery arrives?
A: The courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
A: If you catch us before dispatch, no problem! Just contact us.
Q: What if my item doesn't fit?
A: No worries! Just return it within 30 days for a full refund & place a new order for the correct size!
Your Rights
As a UK customer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
  • Items must be as described
  • Items must be of satisfactory quality
  • Items must be fit for purpose
These rights are in addition to our 30-day returns policy and don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
