EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY - 5/6 Days from dispatch date
USA & REST OF THE WORLD - 10/15 Days from dispatch date
 
The above times are an approximation. Deliveries can be delayed due to customs and any other unforeseen circumstances. 
 
7.3 Delivery Terms
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery
  • Customer must provide accurate delivery information
  • We are not responsible for delays due to Royal Mail, courier services, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
     
8. CONSUMER RIGHT TO CANCEL
8.1 Cancellation Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
8.2 Cancellation Process
To cancel your order:
  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods
  2. Send written notice of cancellation (email acceptable)
  3. Return the goods within 14 days of giving notice
  4. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty
8.3 Exceptions to Cancellation Rights
The right to cancel does not apply to:
  • Goods made to your specifications or personalised
  • Goods which deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • Goods mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
     
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described
9.2 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to:
  • A full refund within 30 days of purchase
  • A repair or replacement
  • A partial refund after 30 days
